Why I coach

I’ve spent my career leading large teams in complex organisations across Latin America, the US, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. Alongside this, I’ve been coaching and mentoring professional women across regions, industries, and roles for many years. Over time, I discovered that this was more than a skill — it was a calling. What I had long been doing informally as part of my leadership became the work I wanted to dedicate myself to fully.

Beyond the titles and responsibilities, I’ve also walked through the very transitions I now help others navigate: redundancy, relocation, caregiving, menopause, the empty nest, and now the threshold of retirement. These moments can be disorienting — you can feel lost, unmoored, unsure how to begin again.

I know this because I lived it myself. For all the achievements and milestones, there came a point when I felt unmoored — as if the outer success no longer matched my inner life. I realised I wasn’t searching for another title or role; I was searching for fulfilment. That awareness became a turning point: an invitation to pause, to listen inward, and to begin the work of reconnecting with who I truly am and what I most want this next chapter to stand for.

Psychologists describe this season of life as a second adolescence: a time when, much like our teenage years, our identity, values, and relationships shift. But unlike adolescence, we meet these changes with the wisdom of experience. Midlife is not a crisis. It’s an invitation — to pause, to ask deeper questions, and to reimagine who we want to become.

I coach because here I found the intersection between my experience, my calling, and my deepest belief that midlife is not an ending, but a beginning. I know what it feels like to let go of versions of yourself you once held dear. I know the grief of endings — and the possibility of new beginnings. Coaching creates a space to explore these questions, to reconnect with your authentic self, and to step into flourishing: living fully and meaningfully across every domain of life.

I am here to walk alongside women on this journey — holding space, reflecting truth, and witnessing the rise of something beautifully new.

Through my coaching, I help women return to themselves. To what matters. To their voice, joy, and wisdom.

A world where women in midlife embrace their second adolescence — reclaiming their voice, purpose, and power, and flourishing through life’s transitions with clarity and confidence.

My Mission

I help professional women in midlife move through transitions with clarity and courage — rediscovering their voice, reclaiming their joy, and building the confidence to flourish in this new chapter.
